§ 1
- The guest of the Holiday Park “Kacze Stawy” resort is required to show an ID before check-in and to sign a registration card. In case of refusal, the receptionist is obliged to refuse to hand over the key to the cottage.
- Guests are required to leave the car in the parking lot behind the reception with the entrance card received at the reception.
- Guests using the pool and coming to the restaurant are required to wear wristbands received at reception on the day of arrival.
- The cottage in the resort is rented for the day. The hotel day lasts from 3pm on the day of the rental until 10am the next day.
- If the Guest does not specify the time of stay by renting the cottage, it is assumed that the cottage was rented for one day.
- If you wish to extend your stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, the Guest of the resort should report to the reception by 10:00 a.m. on the day when the rental period expires.
- The property will accommodate the request to extend your stay as far as possible.
- Extending your stay in the cottage beyond 10:00 am is treated as an extension of your stay.
§ 2
- On the day of arrival, guests are obliged to check whether the equipment of the cottage complies with the attached list. Any defects must be reported to the reception by 10.00 the following day. For any defects in equipment, not reported to the reception, guests will be charged financially according to the price list available at the reception.
- On the day of departure, guests are required to wash dishes, remove white linens and dispose of garbage.

- The guest of the resort may not transfer the cottage to other persons, even if the period for which he paid the fee has not elapsed.

- In the resort there is an absolute ban on driving cars on grass.

- The resort is silent from 23.00 until 7.00 the next day.

- The guest of the resort bears full material responsibility for any kind of damage or destruction of equipment and technical equipment of the resort caused by his fault or by visiting guests.
- In case of violation of the provisions of these regulations, the center may refuse to continue providing services to the person who has violated them. - Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, irons and other electrical appliances that are not house equipment in the cottages and rooms. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer equipment.

- Items of personal use left in the cottage by the departing Guest will be returned at his expense, to the address indicated by him. In the event that no such disposal is received, the Resort will store these items for 3 months and then donate them to charity or for public use.
§ 12
- The resort reserves the right to request payment “in advance.” In case of refusal, the receptionist has the right to refuse to hand over the room key.
- In the event of a shorter stay, the resort does not refund the money.

- The resort reserves the right to change meal times. Meal times:
- Breakfast: 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- Dinner: 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
